Friends of the Lakota Nation
Core Values
We are a small, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the Pine Ridge Reservation to provide assistance for its communities. With the help of numerous volunteers and donors, we provide basic family assistance through new and gently used donations, support supplies, and assist with any immediate or long-term community needs. Simply put, we are a group of friends helping friends. Please ask how you can get involved and lend your support for the Lakota Nation.
Community Centered
The projects we focus on provide family and support services. Our continuous goal is to provide assistance through partnerships developed with the Lakota community members and other organizations who can best serve the needs of the community as a whole.
In our efforts to help support the Lakota Nation, we desire to build long-lasting partnerships with those who are similarly interested in providing support for the Pine Ridge Reservation. We are especially interested in education, health and wellness initiatives, and sustainability.
